Hurricane landing light lens and frame (pg1 light)

This superb piece is an original corrosion free landing light frame and lens. Fitted on the leading edge  it protected the Hurricanes landing light.

A stunning original piece of Hurricane.

Hawker Typhoon leading edge light cover 2 (pg1 light)

This is an original Hawker Typhoon leading edge light cover. This piece fits where the over landing lights . These are 100% original with complete perspex and original paint. These were purchased  on our trip to Arnhem and almost certainly saw action in a ground attack role. They were excavated from an airfield dump in Holland.

You can see the position they fit to the right of the RHS cannon.   An alloy panel is also available in the airframe section link.

Hawker Typhoon leading edge light cover 3 (pg1 light)

This is an original Hawker Typhoon leading edge light cover. This piece fits where the over landing lights . These are 100% original with complete perspex  These were purchased  on our trip to Arnhem and almost certainly saw action in a ground attack role. They were excavated from an airfield dump in Holland. This one has some corrosion and a crack in the perspex.

 Manufactured before the end of 1943.

Complete with its cable and plug and even more unusual it has its original box. Used in bombers to signal each other and maintain radio silence.

Wartime Morse Light(pg1 light)

This was fitted behind the cockpit on the top fuselage of the Spitfire, probably lots of other applications. Nice air ministry crown denotes that this part was manufactured before the end of 1943. These were used to flash Morse to other Fighters in the squadron operating from the Morsekey in the cockpit thus allowing communication whilst retaining radio silence.

Upward ID lamp base (pg1 light)

This is an upward ID Lamp base, fitted to the Hurricane and Spitfire and probably many other RAF wartime aircraft.

One of these was  supplied for Peter Vacher's MK 1 Hurricane so they are in good serviceable condition.
